What is included and what is not
The price includes: bedding, linen and towels, unlimited usage broadband Internet connection (ADSL), water, weekly cleaning (at departure for 1 week stays) except the kitchen sink, two cars parking.
The price does not include: electricity (0.35 €/Kw) and gas/heating (0.80 €/m3) that will be charged out according to your usage.
About heating: regarding our area the Italian law allows heating to be turned on only from the 15th of October to the 15th of April, for a maximum of 14 hours per day. October is not cold as the average temperature is 16°C with average maximum temperature 21°C and minimum at 12°C; while November average is 10,5°C with a max-min range of 14°C and 7°C.
Minimum stay vs booking
While we rent only an entire week for high and middle season, you could stay less than a week if you want. If you find it still convenient, you can stay five days for example, with the total rental price still being the one for a whole week. Your arrival/departure dates must be within two Saturdays (for example, we don't rent from Thursday to Monday). We can make an exception if it's a last minute booking.
Booking and rental conditions
Payment by bank transfer or with credit/debit card through PayPal. Down payment of 30% at booking, the balance to be paid 45 days before arrival.
Upon arrival you will be asked to pay cash a security/damage deposit: the amount is 250 euros for a single week, 500 euros for longer stays. We will give it you back to you after we have inspected the house at your departure. For the cash payment of the damage deposit we also accept the equivalent in U.S. Dollars or Pound Sterling.
Smoking inside the house is forbidden. Pets are not allowed, sorry.
Kind of holiday accommodation: self catering holidays, owner direct rental.
Check in and check out
The house is at your disposal from 16:00 on the first day booked until 10:00 AM on the departure day.
Change-over Day is Saturday except during low season which is flexible. Exception could be made, if possible, for long term rentals (one month or more) or for last minute bookings. Sometimes we can accommodate a different day of the week, just ask us.
