The holiday house is weekly rented but multi-weekly or montly rental are welcomed. Minimum booking is one week (six days until 6th March 2010). You may stay fewer nights but the price is the same as for one week. Special discount for long stays. If you have questions about availability, prices or the holiday house, please contact us. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of four people. Two parking spaces in the private parking lot are reserved for our guests.
The price includes: bedding, linen and towels, unlimited usage high speed Internet access (ADSL), water, weekly cleaning (at departure for 1 week stays) except the kitchen sink, electricity (from May to September included).
The price does not include: electricity (on consumption from October to April included, 0.3 EUR/Kw) and heating (to be paid on consumption, 0.75 EUR/m3), extra cleanings (10 EUR per hour).
About heating: regarding our area the Italian law allows heating to be turned on only from the 15th of october to the 15th of april, for a maximum of 14 hours per day. October is not cold as the average temperature is 16°C with average maximum temperature 21°C and minimum at 12°C; while November average is 10,5°C with a max-min average range of 14°C and 7°C (we had 21°C on many days during November 2009).

Kind of holiday accommodation: self-catering holidays, private owner direct rental.
Please note that self-catering means an accommodation in which the visitor provides and prepares his own meals and laundry needs.
Payment by bank transfer or PayPal (secure way to pay with credit/debit card), down payment of 30% at reservation, the rest to be paid 45 days before arrival. No refunds for early departure. Upon arrival you'll be asked to pay cash a security/damage deposit, 250 Euros for a single week, 500 Euros for longer stays. It will be given back the day of your departure after we have inspected the house.
The house is at your disposal from 16:00 on the first day booked until 10:00 AM on the departure day. Change-over Day is Saturday, exception could be made, if possible, for long term rentals (one month or more), during low season or for last minute bookings.
Smoking inside the house is forbidden.
